Agricultural education at Coahulla Creek is much more than just learning how to farm. It is a hands-on program built on a "three-circle model" that combines the classroom work/instruction, leadership through the FFA, and real-world projects called Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE). Instead of just reading from a textbook, you might find yourself working in the greenhouse, handling small animals, or working in the agriculture class lab. The classes cover a huge range of cool topics like animal science, horticulture, floral design, power systems, and even the tech used to protect the environment. This program also develops a student's soft skills, which will help them beyond high school.
