Student Parking Permit Form

 There are two steps to getting a student parking permit at CCHS.

Students will first need to fill out the Google form found on the link on the right of this page which includes uploading pictures of their driver's license and insurance card.  It is also important that they have their license plate number and registration number for all cars that they will drive to school.

Secondly, payment for the parking permit may be made online or in person at the school. **Please Note, a convenience fee of 3.95% is built into cost of each parking permit when purchased online. The total cost for purchasing online is $10.40.  In person payment cost is $10 paid by cash or check.

After both are completed, you will receive your parking decal.  Please see Mrs. Leigh Smith (210.1) if you purchased your permit online. If you need to pay in person, please see Mrs. Smith (210.1).
